BrightSkillCenter Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products & Online Courses

All products sold through BrightSkillCenter are digital in nature (e.g., online courses, downloadable materials). Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience, so we have established the following guidelines:

  1. Non‑Returnable Items

    • Once an online course has been accessed (e.g., any modules viewed or materials downloaded), it is considered “used” and is not eligible for return.

    • Gift cards, promotional codes or bundled offers are non‑refundable.

  2. Refund Requests

    • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30  days of your purchase.

    • Refund requests submitted more than 30  days after the purchase date will generally not be accepted.

  3. Quality Guarantee

    • We strive to ensure all course content is up‑to‑date and of high quality. If you feel that a course does not match its description or is materially defective, please let us know. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward another course.

  4. How to Request a Refund

    • Please email us at contact@brightskillcenter.com with your order number, course name, and reason for requesting a refund.

    • We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

    • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  5. Policy Updates

    • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
